Privacy Policy

ChopsForge is operated by KLW LLC, a Virginia limited liability company based in Chesapeake, Virginia, USA, doing business as ChopsForge ("we", "us"). This policy explains what we collect through chopsforge.com and how we use it.

What we collect

When you join the waitlist we collect:

• your email address
• the instrument(s) you play (drums, guitar, bass or multiple)
• your self-reported playing level

We also record the time of signup. We don't ask for payment details, and we don't use advertising trackers.

How we use it

• To tell you when ChopsForge early access opens, and to send you launch updates about ChopsForge.
• To understand demand by instrument and level, so we know what to build first.

Who processes it

• Formspree: our form backend, which receives and stores waitlist submissions on our behalf.
• Cloudflare: hosts the website and may process technical data such as IP address and browser information to deliver and secure the site.

These providers handle data under their own terms and privacy policies. We may change providers, and if we do we'll update this page.

What we don't do

We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we don't share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Retention, unsubscribing & deletion

We keep waitlist data until launch and for as long as you stay subscribed. Every email we send includes an unsubscribe option. To unsubscribe, see your data, or ask us to delete it, email [email protected] and we'll act on the request promptly.

Children

ChopsForge is not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information. If you think a child has signed up, contact us and we'll delete it.

Security

We use reputable providers and limit access to waitlist data, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

Changes

We may update this policy. The effective date above shows the latest version.
